POTATOES ROMANOFF 
6 med. baking potatoes
2 c. sour cream
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Bake potatoes, cook, peel and grate into a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into a 13 x 9 inch glass dish. Cover with foil and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until thoroughly hot.
