FRUIT PIE 
1 pie shell
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 pkg. Jello (peach Jello for peach pie, strawberry Jello for strawberry pie)
3 c. fruit (sliced) (strawberry or peach)

Cook sugar, water and cornstarch until thick. Remove from heat, add Jello. When mixture cools place fruit and mixture in pie shell in alternate layers. Serve with whipped cream.
