FRESH FRUIT PIE FILLING | |
1 1/2 c. water 3 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 c. sugar Few drops lemon juice 3 oz. pkg. Jello to match or blend with fruit Baked pie shell Fruit of your choice Mix water, cornstarch, sugar together in saucepan. Boil together until it thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from stove, add lemon juice and package of dry Jello in whatever flavor will match or blend with fruit you are using. Pour over fruit already in baked pie shell. |
