RAINBOW TORTE 
2 loaf angel foods, break into pieces
1 pkg. orange Jello (dry)
1 pkg. red Jello (dry)
1 pkg. green Jello (dry)
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 pkg. strawberries
1 can mandarin oranges
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. blueberries

Two loaf angel foods - break into pieces and put into 3 separate bowls. Sprinkle 1 orange Jello (dry), 1 red Jello (dry), 1 green Jello (dry) into each bowl. Soften 1/2 gallon ice cream. Divide into thirds and add to each bowl. Fold 1 package of thawed strawberries to red, drained can of mandarin oranges to orange, drained can of crushed pineapple to green (or 1 cup of fresh blueberries) and place in layers of red, green and orange in angel food tin and freeze. Slice and serve.
