SCALLOPED CORN 
1 (16 oz.) can cream corn
1 (16 oz.) can plain corn
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Mix all together and spread in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes.
