MEATBALL STEW 
1/4 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. sliced carrots
Broccoli and cauliflower (if you want)
3 c. potatoes, diced
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. dry milk
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. hamburger

Put 6 1/2 cups water in Dutch oven or large kettle. Add: celery, carrots, onion; when half done, add potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower. Shut off. Combine: flour and 1/2 cup cold water. Stir into vegetables and cook until thickened. Add salt. Cover and let set.

Meanwhile: Combine bread crumbs, dry milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt and Worcestershire sauce. Mix into ground beef. Shape into small meatballs and add to the stew. Cover and let simmer until done, OR bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
