PHILIPPINES BARBECUE 
3 lb. pork butt, marbled
1 head garlic, pressed and chopped
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
1-2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 c. 7-Up

Slice pork in thin strips and marinate in remaining ingredients for at least 24 hours. May use more 7-Up, if needed. Use bamboo skewers and broil.
