TEA CAKES 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour one cup at a time. Add baking soda and vanilla. Chill for at least 1 hour. Divide into thirds and place on floured board. Roll and cut.

Bake at 250°F until done.
