HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil
1 c. beef broth
2 tbsp. ketchup or tomato paste
1 can french style green beans, drained
2 c. mashed potatoes
Shredded cheese
Butter
Paprika

Saute beef and onions in oil. Drain. Add mushrooms, salt, pepper, basil, broth and ketchup. Simmer. Add beans and heat through. Pour into large casserole dish. Top with mashed potatoes, cheese, a few pats of butter and paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
