HAM WITH MUSTARD FRUITS 
1 fully cooked smoked ham slice, about 1 inch thick (about 2 pounds)
1 can (30 oz.) apricot halves in juice, drained
1 can (15 1/4 oz.) pineapple chunks in juice drained
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 med. clove garlic, crushed

Slash diagonally outer edge of fat on ham at 1 inch intervals to prevent curling. Place ham in ungreased rectangular baking dish. 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches. Arrange fruit on ham. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over fruit and ham. Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven until ham is hot, about 40 minutes. 8 servings; 450 calories per serving.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:

Prepare ham as directed. Place ham in microwavable dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium high (70%) 8 minutes. Turn ham; arrange fruit on ham. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over fruit and ham. Cover and microwave 5 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn. Microwave until ham is hot, 5 to 7 minutes longer.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
