VALENTINE CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
3 tbsp. green onions, chopped
1 tsp. garlic, chopped
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
3 tbsp. sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. chicken broth

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Saute mushrooms and garlic in butter until soft. Add tomatoes, broth, and cream; cook for 2 minutes. Add green onions and cilantro; cook 1 minute. Put chicken in sauce. Cook on each side for a few minutes.
