VALENTINE CUPCAKES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar

Mix all ingredients well. Pour batter into cupcake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

ICING:

Mix cream cheese, 1 egg and 1/2 cup sugar. Mix well. Spread on cupcakes.
