EASTER BREAD (Cinnamon) 
2 cakes yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
Scald 3 c. milk

Pour while hot over: 1 1/2 c. oatmeal 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. salt 1/2 c. shortening

Add: 7 1/2 c. flour (not too stir)
