4 eggs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. orange peel
3 c. flour
3 tbsp. baking powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients to make dough. Knead dough until well mixed and elastic. Roll dough into ropes 12x18" long. Make round circle and shape. Brush with beaten egg and bake until lightly brown at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. When cool place colored egg in center.
