CRUNCHY COLE SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage, shredded
8 oz. slivered almonds
A little chopped onion
8 tbsp. sesame or sunflower seeds
8 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. Ramen noodles

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. vinegar

Mix dressing well in jar by shaking.

Brown almonds and seeds in butter; set aside to cool until ready to mix together.

When ready to serve: Mix shredded cabbage, onion, green pepper and browned nuts and seeds. Stir in dressing and mix again. Break up Ramen noodles into small pieces in slaw and mix well and serve.
