NUTTY COLE SLAW 
1/2 lb. green cabbage, chopped
1/2 lb. red cabbage, chopped
8 tbsp. slivered almonds
2 tsp. sesame seeds
1 tsp. Accent
4 tbsp. sugar
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles (do not use flavor packet)
3/4 c. oil
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt and pepper
6 tbsp. rice wine vinegar (you can find at Wegmans)
8 scallions or green onions, chopped (greens included)

Brown nuts and seeds in butter; cool. Mix cabbage, onion then cooled nuts and seeds.

Dressing: Mix oil, Accent, salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar. Chill.

Cook noodles as per directions; cool. At serving time break noodles over slaw. Mix and add dressing. Mix well. May be doubled.

After cooking the ramen noodles as directed, they were soggy and would not "Break" over slaw! I baked them the 2nd time...much better! ;)

You do not cook the ramen noodles. You break them up straight out of the package. The dressing softens the noodles.
