COLE SLAW 
1 medium cabbage
1 onion
1 c. cider vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. celery seeds
3/4 c. salad oil

Chop the cabbage and onion by hand and place in large bowl.

Heat vinegar to boiling. Stir in sugar to dissolve. Stir in remainder of ingredients and mix well. Pour hot liquid over cabbage mixture and stir to coat cabbage. Chill. This keeps well in the refrigerator.
