SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. low fat cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef or bulk pork sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. canned tomatoes, cut up
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried, crushed oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella

Cook and drain spaghetti. Put in greased 10" pie plate. Toss with Parmesan cheese and eggs. Spread cottage cheese over. In skillet, cook ground beef, onion and green pepper; drain off fat. Add tomatoes and their liquid, tomato paste and seasonings. Heat, then pour into pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Add Mozzarella and bake 5 more minutes. Serves 6.
