BARBEQUE SHRIMP CALIENTE 
3 lbs. unpeeled headless shrimp
1 lb. butter (4 sticks)
2 tbsp. black pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. rosemary
1/8 tsp. oregano
3 toes garlic, minced
3 green onions, chopped

Wash and drain shrimp well. Place in a 9"x13" baking pan. Place remaining ingredients in a 1 1/2 quart saucepan and cook for 5 minutes. Pour over shrimp. Place under broiler until shrimp are pink on top. Turn shrimp and continue to cook until done. Serve with crispy French bread - perfect for dipping in butter sauce. Serves 4 to 6.
