PEANUT BUTTER CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c.sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) peanut butter chips

Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Add eggs; combine flour, salt and baking soda. Gradually heat into creamed mixture. Stir in peanut butter chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.
