PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted

CRUST: Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into pie pan and bake 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees and cool. Keep a little for top of pie.

FILLING:

5 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. confectioners sugar
9 oz. non-dairy whipped topping

Mix cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth like milk. Add sugar and topping. Put in cool crust and freeze 6-8 hours. Top with crumb topping.
