SAUSAGE AND RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. pork sausage 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1 tsp. Worcestershire 2 cans cream of chicken soup 2 c. chicken broth 2 c. water Brown sausage. Cut into fourths. Add onion and pepper. Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Cover and cook about 30 minutes or until rice is tender. |
