POTATOES WITH MUSTARD AND CURRY | |
1/4 c. butter 6 med. potatoes, cooked and cut in quarters 1 green pepper, finely chopped 2 med. onions, finely chopped 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1/2 tsp. dry mustard Salt and pepper to taste Melt butter in large skillet; add potatoes, green pepper and onions. Sprinkle with curry powder, mustard, salt and pepper; toss to mix well. Fry gently, turning often until potatoes are well browned. |
