CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SQUARES
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. butter, cut into small pieces
10 1/2 oz. bag miniature marshmallows
2 c. crisp rice cereal
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips

Coat an 8 inch square pan with vegetable cooking spray. Put peanut butter, chocolate chips, and butter in a 3 quart microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on high 2 to 2 1/2 minutes until butter melts and chocolate chips look soft but still retain their shape. Stir until smooth, then stir in marshmallows. Microwave on high 45 to 60 seconds. Marshmallow will be slightly melted. Stir to mix, then stir in cereal until well blended. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
