CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SQUARES 
1 c. peanut butter creamy or chunky
1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter cut into small pieces
1 bag (10 1/2 oz.) miniature marshmallows
2 c. Rice Krispies

Coat 8 inch square pan with vegetable spray. Put peanut butter, chocolate and butter in 3 quart microwave bowl. Microwave uncovered on high 2 to 2 1/2 minutes until butter melts and chips look soft and glossy but still retain shape.

Stir until smooth then stir in marshmallows. Microwave on high 45 to 60 seconds. Marshmallows will be slightly melted. Stir to mix then stir in cereal until well blended. Scrape mixture into pan. Spread evenly. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours until firm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
