Mix by hand:

1 and 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3/4 c. butter
2 c. peanut butter
2 c. powdered sugar

Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt 12 oz. package chocolate chips and spread on peanut butter mixture. Cool and cut in squares.
