ENVELOPE CORN FRITTERS 
1 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
1 egg
1 1/2 c. corn

Mix together. Drop by spoonfuls into hot deep fat fryer. Fry until golden brown. Serve with butter and Maple syrup.
