CORN FRITTERS 
2 cans corn, drain well
1 c. flour, sift
2 egg yolks and whites, beaten separately
1/2 c. sweet milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix all ingredients, adding beaten egg whites last. Fry in deep fat or fryer the size you want as for doughnuts.
