HELEN'S EGG ROLLS | |
1 c. grated cabbage 1/2 c. grated carrots 1/2 c. sm. chopped celery 1/2 c. bean sprouts, cut up 1/2 c. mushroom pieces Mix together. Fry up 1 pound hamburger. Add above mixture and stir, cook 5 minutes, then add sauce and refry 1 1/2 minutes. Set in refrigerator overnight. Place large spoonful on WRAP and roll up. Seal with egg white and 1 tablespoon flour. Deep fry and serve at once. SAUCE: 1 tbsp. water 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. cornstarch |
