DUMP CAKE 
(Serves 12)

Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan.

Dump in 1 can peach or cherry pie filling. Dump a 1 pound can of crushed pineapple on top of the pie filling. Then dump a box of yellow cake mix (just as it comes from the box) on top of that.

Slice 1 1/2 sticks of butter and scatter over all that. Sprinkle on a small package of chopped nuts, if you like.

DO NOT STIR IT!!

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cut in squares and serve with dollops of whipped cream. The cake can be made a day ahead.
