CHEESE CRACKERS 
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, finely grated
1 c. all-purpose flour
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1/2 c. butter, butter
1 envelope Lipton's onion Cup-A-Soup mix

Roll into long rolls 2 inches in diameter; wrap in waxed paper. When very cold, slice thinly. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick coating and bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
