RANCH - STYLE LENTIL - MEAT
CASSEROLE
 
2 c. lentils
5 c. water
2 c. diced luncheon meat
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. ketchup
1 (1 3/8 oz.) pkg. onion soup mix or 2 chopped onions
1 tsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in a pot or skillet, and cook about 35 minutes or until lentils are tender. Makes 8 servings.
