RANCH LENTIL CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked lentils
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. catsup
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. water

Brown beef in oil. Add other ingredients and stir. Place in casserole and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
