SPICED PEACHES 
2 (29 oz.) cans cling peaches
1 1/3 c. sugar
4 cinnamon sticks
2 tsp. cloves
1 c. cider vinegar

Drain peaches, reserve syrup. Combine syrup, sugar, vinegar, cinnamon sticks, and cloves. Bring to a boil, then lower heat. Simmer 10 minutes. Pour hot syrup over peach halves. Chill overnight. These keep well several weeks.
