FAIRY SUGAR COOKIES | |
1 c. sugar 1 c. oil 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. cream of tartar 1 c. butter 2 eggs 4 c. flour Cream butter, oil, and sugar thoroughly. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients. Blend dough, gradually and thoroughly. Dough will be tight and airy. Roll balls of dough and dip in powdered sugar or granulated sugar. Press down with fork or a glass. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. |
