SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 stick butter 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained & chopped 1 c. Parmesan cheese 1 med. onion, chopped 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream Cook spinach and drain well. Saute onion in butter. In a casserole dish put spinach, onions, sour cream, artichoke hearts and 1 half of the cheese. Sprinkle remainder of cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven or until set. |
