2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
3 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and boil for 2 minutes first 4 ingredients. Take off burner and add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 3 cups oatmeal. Stir. Drop on cookie sheet and cool.
