OATMEAL-CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. quick-cooking oats
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream together first 6 ingredients. Gradually add flour, then remaining ingredients. Drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes.
