BEST CHOCOLATE OATMEAL SPICE
COOKIES
 
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup quick oatmeal
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup Swiss Miss hot cocoa mix
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix all dry ingredients well. Blend in egg, vanilla and melted butter. Drop by teaspoon on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for about 10 to 15 minutes or until slightly browned.

Makes about 18 cookies.
