POTATO SALAD 
1 (5 lb.) bag potatoes, boiled firm, peeled, cubed and cooled (in that order)
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. grated onions
1/4 c. pickle relish, more to taste if desired
1/4 c. dill relish, more to taste if desired
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together and serve cold.
