NUT ROLL (DIOS KALACS) 
6 c. flour
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 cakes yeast
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
6 egg yolks
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt

Mix flour and butter as for pie crust. Make a well in the center of the flour, add all the other ingredients. Work dough until it leaves the hands clean. Let rest in the refrigerator overnight. Next day divide dough into four parts roll out as thick as you like then spread with filling of your choice.
