SHELIA'S NUT ROLL 
8 c. flour
1 lb. butter
1 yeast
1 c. scalded milk
4 beaten eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 lb. ground walnuts
1 c. sugar

Grind walnuts and mix 1 cup of sugar; set aside. Mix flour, salt, 1 tablespoon sugar and butter together. Add beaten eggs and mix. Dissolve yeast in hot scalded milk and add to flour mixture and knead. Put into refrigerator for 2 hours.

Take small piece of dough and roll real thin into about 4 inch squares. Spread with the ground nuts and roll like a jelly roll and shape into a U, bake 18 minutes in 350 degree oven.
