MIRIAMS NUT ROLLS 
1 lb. butter
6 c. flour
3 eggs, unbeaten
1 pkg. dry yeast
3 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk

Mix butter, flour and sugar with pastry blender. Soften yeast in warm milk. Add to flour mixture. Then drop in eggs; mix well.

Divide dough into 10 parts. Roll each part into a circle and cut into 12 wedges (as if you were slicing a pie). Put filling on dough with a teaspoon at end of wedge and roll together leaving edges open like crescent rolls.

FILLING:

4-5 c. walnuts, ground
1 c. sugar

Combine nuts and sugar; add enough water to moisten. Mix well. When wedges have been filled with nut mixture, place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees about 6 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Makes 10 dozen.
