APPLE - HAM CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked ham, diced
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 apples, cored & sliced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. grated orange rind
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour

Place ham in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Spread mustard over ham. Arrange apple slices evenly over top and sprinkle with lemon juice. combine sugar, orange rind, and flour, mix well and sprinkle evenly over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Yield 4 servings.
