VEG - ALL CASSEROLE | |
2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All, drained 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained 1 c. finely chopped onion 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. crushed Ritz crackers 1 stick melted butter Combine first 6 ingredients, pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top and drizzle butter over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
