TWO - CABBAGE COLE SLAW 
1/2 head green cabbage
1/2 head red cabbage
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. pepper

Shred cabbages thinly in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a quart jar and shake well. Pour over cabbage and toss well. Cover bowl and let stand so the flavors can mix well.
