TEXAS HASH 
1 lb. hamburger
2 lg. onions
3 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. salt
2 c. tomatoes (1 can)
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Brown hamburger in oil. Add onions, salt, tomatoes, chili powder, pepper and rice. Mix together and add 1 can mixed vegetables, drained. Pour into greased 2 quart baking dish. Cook 45 minutes on 350 degrees.
