TURKEY CASSEROLE 
Leftover turkey or chicken
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 box stuffing mix
A few fresh mushrooms

Place turkey in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with salt. Mix together soup, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meat.

In a small saucepan, melt butter and chicken broth and heat. Stir in stuffing mix. Pour over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
