MILDRED'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 cups chicken or turkey, cut in chunks
1 bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. chopped onion
2 stalks chopped celery
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter

Put onion and celery in large Pyrex or oven-safe dish. On top of this put chicken. Mix soups and broth together and then put on top of chicken. Sprinkle stuffing mix on top and dot with butter. Bake at 350°F for about 30 to 40 minutes.
