BROCCOLI CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (8 oz.) pkg. poultry stuffing
2 c. soup (mushroom, celery or chicken)
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
3 tbsp. liquid from mushrooms
2 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey

Cook broccoli until tender. Make stuffing according to package directions. Heat soup; add drained mushrooms plus 3 tablespoons liquid; add meat. Put broccoli in bottom of shallow 12 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish. Pour soup mix over. Put stuffing mix on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
